Return Policy
♦ Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unlit candles and undamaged home decor items in their original packaging.
♦ Process: To initiate a return, contact us at info@ksemyadecor.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
♦ Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition. Used or damaged items may not qualify for a full refund.
♦ Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is free for eligible items.
♦ Parcel Opening video: If you’d like to request a refund or exchange, kindly share an unboxing video so we can assist you promptly.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
- Video of the damage/issue may be requested to process your return quickly.
Refund Policy
♦ Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
♦ Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
♦ Non-Refundable Items: Personalized or custom-made items, gift cards, and clearance items are non-refundable.
♦ Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us the days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
