All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. As our products are handmade, some items may require additional crafting time. You will be notified via email if there are any delays.

Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your items securely. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and video of the damaged items. We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing.
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
